Just a note to tell you how VERY HAPPY we are with our new patio doors and bedroom windows. Just a short note expressing our satisfaction with our replacement windows. First let me compliment your installation crew, I just couldn’t believe two men could remove and install 18 windows in 6 hours. This included caulking inside, capping and caulking outside, clean-up and hauling away the old windows. GREAT JOB! We also had all the wood trim on the house wrapped with aluminum and caulked. Once again, another great job. I don’t know what is so different with the glass used in your windows, but they don’t seem to show the dirt. It has been a month now since they were installed, and they look as good now as the day they were installed. And I was looking forward to cleaning them, because of the ease of which they open in for cleaning. Oh well maybe later. I have nothing but praise for your product and your installation crew. Your company will be highly recommended to our friends and family.

I did want to contact you regarding my Window World experience. The new windows at 1077 N. Paulina were delivered on the 16th. Your installer, Adam, arrived on time and installed the windows efficiently and with less mess than I thought possible. I’m happy and the tenants are happy. Your installer is also happy. He commented on how well these windows fit and when I told him you had done the measurements he said there was no surprise in that. It says a lot about an employer when the people who work for him have nothing but good to say about the company. Kudos to you.

Last July we made final payment on windows from your company. First of all, let me say we are very satisfied with the product. We had windows put in on the 2nd floor of our house and then called you back and had the 1st floor done. I am writing this note only to commend the installers. Sylvester put in the whole 2nd floor alone and then came back with a crew to do the 1st floor. I have to say, he was so very professional and his workmanship was supurb.
