Window World of Chicago To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to let you know of my complete and total satisfaction and appreciation of the job that you performed on my house this last week. Not only was the job completed in a timely and professional manner, but the workmanship and product are beyond exceptional. You turned an average 1948 styled house into an updated home that I am so proud to call my own. Also I would like to point out that the workers who performed this job were without a doubt the nicest and hardest working team of installers I have ever come across (with the possible exception of the crew from Window World who were previously out to install the other windows in 2007). From your salesman to the installers to your staff in the office who field the telephone inquiries you have unquestionably a great and helpful staff that make it so much less painful to spend the money. Kudos to you and your team. I will be recommending you to all my friends who might need any type of the home improvements you provide. Good luck in the future and again, thank you so much. The 2009 Family Reunion created so much enthusiasm for St. Jude and greater knowledge of the Window World Cares/St. Jude partnership. Window World I wanted to write a note of appreciation to you regarding the two installers, Adam and Justin, who were at my home on Tuesday, April 7 for installation of my new windows. Adam and Justin were absolutely fabulous. They were personable yet professional and very polite. They worked tirelessly for the entire time they were at my home. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up everything and showed me how to use my new windows. They did a fantastic job, and I can't tell you how happy I am with their service. Again, I can't express enough how much I enjoyed their company and what a great job they did at my home. Enclosed are some gift certificates for McDonald's food items (I work for McDonald's Corporate). Unfortunately I didn't have any on me at the time, so would appreciate it if you would forward them on to Adam and Justin. Mr. David Hampton, General Manager Mr. David Hampton, I want to let you know how happy I am for choosing World of Windows to replace my siding which was damaged by hail. I have had many compliments from neighbors and friends. As you probably know by now, I am very fussy about construction details. There were a few problems that I noticed and reported to you and they were all corrected to my complete satisfaction. I appreciate all of the work you did on my behalf to settle my insurance claim. You met with me several times, took pictures, wrote a letter and met with the claims representative which resulted in my getting additional funds from the insurance company. You may send your prospective customers to see the work done on my house and I will be happy to recommend your company to them. Thanks again.

Mr. David Hampton, Owner Dear Mr. Hampton: With pleasure, I am writing to you to inform you of an exceptional employee you have in Adam Kapys. Last Thursday he installed a large picture window in my dining room. When he arrived alone, I questioned how one man could handle the installation of such a large window by himself. Well, Adam turned out to be not only very courteous and pleasant but also a "powerhouse" of a worker. The windows look great. I wish the other nine windows I previously had installed by Window World installers looked as good and the installers were as efficient as Adam. Being a senior citizen, I am usually uncomfortable with strangers in my house-but not with Adam. He was so kind and considerate. And you should know that he not only does an exceptional job as an installer but he also praises the quality of the Window World windows. I applaud Adam Kapys for his efficiency and kindness.
